London's third-least-obscure trans-atlantic-post-noise-pop wannabes Major Wü (pronounced VOO by the way) are the punch-line to a tasteless joke about a Nova Scotian, a Londoner and a Kentish boy coming together by the sea.
Given a shared love of loud noise, mutual amusement at their respective silly accents and the total absence of a better alternative, they decided to form a band. Disappointment surely beckons.
London duo YURS brings an infectious energy to harmony driven pop-rock. With a focus on melodies coupled with addictive hooks, the pair being a fresh perspective. They are currently touring the London area and working on their debut ep so keep an eye out, more to share soon.
