We are a small but perfectly formed venue in the back streets of Borough/ London Bridge, SE1 – capacity upstairs of 100, about 300 downstairs, with a late license. We put on live music five nights a week Tuesday to Saturday. Most nights we have four bands playing from about 7.30 onwards, all for just a fiver.

If you want out, just let us know and we will never stalk you again. We generally use the mailing list to tell regulars about one off gigs by better known bands we know will sell out. We also occasionally offer free stuff when we are feeling generous – like drinks and entry.

Playing a gig at the Miller
We aim to provide a friendly welcoming atmosphere and will help all bands with whatever whenever possible. We are not here just to pull pints! Our mates regularly gig here and some of us have been known to come out from behind the bar and onto the stage.
Bands that have recently played at The Miller include Flipron, Horsebox, Headless Prom Queens, Trail, Starling, The Furies, Peacock Avenue, The Troubadours, The Randalls.
Demos: If you would like a gig at The Miller please email us a demo - richard@themiller.co.uk . Email is best as we can forward your details on to our promoters. We prefer direct/active links, not attachments (MP3 files can be very slow to download). A link to your website or Myspace is great if you have one. Please include some basic information such as where you are from and were you have played and be honest about the following you have so that we can put you in the right slot. You don’t want an empty venue any more than we do.
We do listen to everything, but we cannot always reply to every email. If you think we have missed you just give Richard a ring, (020 73578204) or send the email again.
Promoting your gig: We generally book four bands a night, if everyone brings a crowd then each band will get to play to plenty of new faces. The easiest way to promote your night is with flyers, or on the web. You are welcome to copy any of our artwork from this web site or www.myspace.com/millerlondon
